About Our Programs

Note: Read this document carefully!!

To begin, the institute operates by the academic “TERM”, which can vary in length. The shortest term is always equal to the longest course. Theoretically, an academic year may be shorter in one Callander year than in another. 4-terms are generally not more than 30-40 credits, unless otherwise by special permission or a pre-determination by the institute can 30 credits be exceeded in each academic term. An academic year is always 4-terms. You must take a minimum of 3 classes per term or 9 credits to be considered a full-time student, with a maximum of 4 classes per term or whatever is required in your specific program. Some classes can be finished early.

From the time you start your program, you are allowed 5 working days to change your mind about  program and take a different program option or another degree major that is being offered. Classes can run 5-12 weeks within a “maximum” 12-week academic term. It is possible to have more than 4 terms per calendar year.

Students must complete their programs in a reasonable amount of time. The maximum allowable classes per term are 4 classes, or 12 credits per term. In special cases where a student is not in a specific program of study and studying independently through the school, they are allowed to take courses as fast as they can complete each course and take course examinations.

Students studying courses independently through the school will be charged $25.00 per course examination and $125.00 for written course papers, when required by an assisting instructor. All courses in these programs are tuition free, except for monies for registration and other required fees. Students must also agree to donate any amount at the end of each term. We cannot operate without some assistance from you.

You “MUST” pay for your textbooks if we do not have the PDF version of the required textbook or if we cannot obtain a similar one for students to use in a course. Some PDF textbooks will be by a different author but cover much of the same thing as the instructor’s textbook. The instructor will also have a copy of your pdf textbook and will tell you what chapters you need to read. “WHEN” required, in many, if not most cases the school will provide PDF textbooks that can be downloaded by each student.

Many of the courses in these programs are self-study manuals. They are called programmed courses, where an instructor isn’t required for you to complete the course and take an examination. The programmed study manuals are free of charge and will be provided in a PDF format. Students are allowed to finish programmed courses early, when permissible while enrolled in one of the degrees programs but must not finish late and can take the examinations anytime they are ready, but not late, except by special permission only and the examination will not be otherwise accessible to the student.

We ask all students to donate money to the school at the end of each academic term, every 5 to 12 weeks. A student can give whatever amount they can afford to give. It costs money to run this institution to provide you with an education. We ask you to please be vested in a worthy cause and not carelessly take our efforts for granted so that we can continue to provide a tuition-free quality Christian bible education.

We operate on a 12-month schedule with all major holidays being observed.

You will receive a copy of this completion schedule each NEW TERM, With the indicated term in the square box above. Once you’ve established your program of study you will always know which courses you must take, as well as those not required. Each program is represented by a number followed by three letters: 4YMS, 4YCS, 3YDS. For each academic quarter, the term number will be indicated in the small box at the top left of the page, below the student ID Number.

As each student advances to a new term the term number in the small square box will advance to a higher number. As your degree program progresses you will be expected to do an internship with a local church, and we will assist you as much as we can when the time comes. An internship will allow you to begin applying the skills you have acquired under the guidance of experienced leadership.

Please carefully look over this completion schedule and make sure you thoroughly understand it! If you do not understand, contact your associated program director, in your village state or country right away! or contact a teacher or official at the school directly for help. It is up to each student to understand what goes on before classes begin. Stay on top of your courses and do not fall behind. Always ask for help if you need it!

IF YOU DROP-OUT OF THIS SCHOOL before the end of your program, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RE-ENROLL! THIS TUITION-FREE BIBLE INSTITUTE IS FOR SERIOUS STUDENTS ONLY AND THE MINISTRY OF GOD IS NOT FOR PLAY!! PLEASE MAKE YOUR CALLING AND ELECTION SURE. 2 PETER 1: 10-11.

NOTE: Although not likely, it is possible for some classes within a program to change without prior notice and ever purchase books for the whole year!!
